Extended Booking is a online booking portal.
We designed from scratch a completely new portal to book rooms. The project required new UX, graphic design and programming.

The site answers the needs of two main target groups. There is a advanced search engine for those, who know precisely where and when do they want to travel. The users who are still looking for the best place to stay get useful hints on tiles which allow to pick a country, town or a specific hotel.

We made sure that browsing through the available hotels answered all the users’ needs. While looking for a specific location, the map is always visible to show the exact place where the hotel in question is. A system of filters was added to better face the users preferences and their most common questions.

The project also contained designing the the panel for the hotel guests as well as the hotel administrator. Among other features the site can be personalized and allows to prepare holiday plans for the future.
The Customer Service section recieved extra care, it was divided to fit the different needs of the various target groups.
